STC can provide support and advice on all aspects of school transport and home to school travel.
As public sector finances come under greater scrutiny, school transport will to face significant challenges. This increases the need for coherent strategies and policies, together with effective management and monitoring. Although funding is limited, this is also a time of growing demand for young people’s travel – with the development of new post 14 learning, more flexible learning, extended school, changing organisation and funding; and continued emphasis on raising standards.
