The back to school chaos......RCT, Wales

Schools are starting to go back for the new school year and inevitably there is a school bus chaos story! This year the authority to hit the headlines is Rhondda Cynon Taff in South Wales, apologising after retendering of 600 routes for 12,000 pupils resulted in many parents and pupils not having information about new arrangements.
