Ministers planning to launch inquiry into behaviour on school transport

According to the Telegraph (13th June 2008) Ministers are concerned that despite additional powers under the Education & Inspections Act schools are still unwilling to address discipline issues on school transport, and therefore likely to ask Sir Alan Steer to review the issue. However, the DCSF confirmed today (15th July) that this not the case.
